- DESCRIPTION 1 each - Manpack portable antenna kit for RF survey with capability from 20 Hz to 18 GHz and current probes to check Electro Magnetic Compatibility with capability from 20 Hz to 100 MHz. Set to include transit storage case with combined weight of case and antennas not to exceed 40 lbs. Also must include wood tripod and tripod carry case with combined weight of case and tripod not to exceed 20 lbs. A firm fixed price contract is contemplated. The anticipated award date is two weeks after response/closing date. The evaluation criteria for this requirement is Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). A technically acceptable proposal must meet all the specifications of this requirement. FOB destination Delivery to 2250 3rd St S.E., Bldg 20423, Kirtland AFB, NM 87117-5662 Delivery is three weeks after receipt of order. Offers must be received electronically by 11:00 AM Eastern Standard Time (EST) on 12 March 2008. Offerors must submit their offers to both the Nag.Contracting@kirtland.af.mil and david.baum@disa.mil.
