- Audiologist services to be provided at VA's West Haven Campus located at 950 Campbell Avenue in West Haven, CT and/or VA's Newington Campus located at 555 Willard Avenue in Newington, CT. Services will be provided on an as needed, per diem basis. Performance period will be for one year. Solicitation package will include four additional option year periods. NAICS code 621340 applies to this procurement. The solicitation package (approximately 40 pages) can be viewed or downloaded, at no charge, from the link on this page (if no link is shown then solicitation has not been posted yet). Solicitation shall be posted on or about February 28, 2008. Should interested parties wish to obtain a hard copy of the solicitation package, it is available for a non-refundable fee of $40.00, payable by certified check or money order to VA Connecticut Healthcare System.
