- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 of the FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation) as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement c onstitutes the only solicitation requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. U.S. Army Dugway Proving Ground, Directorate of Contracting is contemplating the procurement of a Service Contract w/ the following CLINS: Environmental Test Chamber Ammendment W911S6-08-T-0019-U0001 -001 Qty = 2 (ea) Environmental Test Chamber shall have minimum specifications of: Interior volume of 64 cu.ft., Water Cooled, temp range -73 deg to 200 deg Centigrade, 460V/480 3 Phase 60 Hz, stain less steel interior, asbestos free, Control tolerance of +_ .3 deg C, 3 ID access ports with insulated plugs on both sides of unit.
