Description

Sole Source Intent. The United States Army Contracting Agency Southern Region, Yuma Directorate, Yuma Proving Ground (USAYPG), Arizona, intends to negotiate a firm-fixed price contract on a sole source basis with Ammunition Accessories Inc.; 2299 Sn ake River Avenue; Lewiston, ID 83501-0856. The requirement is for (1) each Portable Gun Tube Cleaning System. This acquisition acquired under this purchase must be form, fit, function, and software compatible and interact with Milfoam Portable Cannon Tube Cleaning Systems at USA YPG. This action is solicited as unrestricted. Award of this requirement will be in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. The North American Industry Classification Syste ms (NAICS) Code is 332995 with size of 500 Employees. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirements or submit proposals. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUREST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS.
