Description
This amendment is issued to provide questions/answers and is provided as amendment 0001 to the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (W9124R-08-T-0015). Q1. The exact delivery physical address (jobsite- dumping area) and how many miles from your main gate? A1. CLIN 0001, ABC Ground Surface Material, First Delivery Laguna Army Airfield is located approximately 3.7 miles from the intersection of Imperial Dam Road ('Big Guns') and Highway 95 (mile marker 44~). For this location we requi re 3320 tons of ABC material (3/4 inch). Delivery of the material on or about 18 March 2008. Drivers must have proper ID (license) and vehicle documentation to obtain a temporary YPG vehicle pass to access this location. CLIN 0001, ABC Grou nd Surface Material, Second Delivery Comanche Flats is located approximately 6.5 miles from the intersection of Martinez Lake Road and Highway 95 ( mile marker 46~). For this location we require 1480 tons of ABC material (3/4 inch). Delivery of m aterials on or about 1 April 2008. No special requirements to access this location. CLIN 0001, ABC Ground Surface Material, Third Delivery Stinger Range is located well within South Cibola Range. The access point is located at the intersecti on of Middle Mountain Road and Highway 95 (mile marker 51~). The location is approximately 18.7 miles from the gate at Middle Mountain Road. For this location we require 900 tons of ABC material (3/4 inch). Delivery of the material on or about 23 April 2008. Drivers are required to obtain a YPG range badge from the KOFA Pass & ID office. CLIN 0002, Rip Rock, smaller than 12 Delivery of 820 tons of rip-rap rock (no larger than 12 rocks) to Comanche Flats on or about 01 April 2008.<BR > The Integrated Training Area Management (ITAM) office will assist with routing/escorting delivery vehicles and collect trip/weight tickets. Q2. Need to know the gradation of the RIP RAP requested. (smaller than 12 inches)? A2. Rip-Rap of a size range of 6 to 12 inches.
