- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The USPFO for New Mexico has a requirement to rent the following: Line Item 001: FORKLIFT, 8K, ROUGH TERRAIN, DIESEL (QTY: 02 EACH); The rental period will be for 4 months (16 weeks) beginn ing 14March2008 ending 03July2008; Quotes shall include Delivery and Pick-Up charges to: 01 Each to Las Cruces, NM and 01 Each to Deming, NM; Quotes shall also include applicable taxes. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) W912J3-08-T-0 007. Submit written offers, oral offers will not be accepted. This combined synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-23, 26 December 2007.
