Description: AMCOM, Acquisition Center, RDEC & FMS/HAWK/UGV Directorate, Repair and Rebuild Division plans to Award a Firm Fix Price (FFP) Contract for the Security Assistance Management Directorate (SAMD). The proposed Procurement is for the Teardown, Test and Evaluation (TT&E) which will also include the Repair and Rebuild (R&R) of FMS Helicopter Parts in support of the US Army FMS Repair Program for the Country of Greece. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate only with one source thus this Notice is not a Request for Competitive Quotes and no written Solicitation will be issued. The Government intends to award to The Boeing Company, Route 291 Stewart Ave., Ridley Park PA 19078-1099. The Contractor will perform the initial TT&E effort on one Chinook , R/W Blade, NSN: 1615-01-145-7110, P/N: 114R1702-38.
