The contractor is required to provide all technical, planning, management and manufacturing efforts to produce Taiwan PATRIOT 'PURE FLEET' Mod Kits and Spares, which will consist of Radar Set REP3/CDI3 Kits and Installation, ICC RLCEU Kits, ECS RLCEU & PAC3 Upgrade Kits, Launcher Station PAC3 Upgrade Kits, CRG RLCEU Upgrade Kits and Spares Upgrade Kits. This procurement is sole source to Raytheon Company. 'SEE NOTE 22'
