- The Huntington District Corps of Engineers intends to procure a contract for cleaning services for R.D. Bailey Lake, Justice, West Virginia. The contract will be a Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery type contract, competitively bid, NTE $500,000. 00. The contract will be awarded for a base year with four additional one year options. The contract will be awarded to a responsive and responsible bidder with the lowest balanced price. A pre-bid conference will be held on 28 March 2008 at 10:30 am . at R.D.
