- Description
- Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division (NSWCCD) is procuring a Solartron 1470E multichannel electrochemical cycling device. In support of this effort, NSWCCD intends to negotiate a non-competitive procurement using Simplified Acquisition Procedures and award a firm-fixed price purchase order to Advanced Measurement Technology. Advanced Measurement Technology manufactures this device and its predecessor the 1480 multistat system which is currently being used by NSWCCD. A determination by the Government to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Interested parties may forward their capabilities statements to the Government POC on or before 03/12/08.
