- Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division (NSWCCD), is procuring low cost, high capacitance carbon electrodes for use in electrochemical double layer capacitors. NSWCCD intends to negotiate a competitive procurement using Simplified Acquisition Procedures and award a firm-fixed price purchase order. Information received will normally be considered for the purpose of determining a competitive procurement. Interested parties may forward their capabilities statements to the Government POC on or before 08/12/08.
