- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ), solicitation No. W911RZ-08-T-0008, in accordance with FAR Parts 12 & 13. This solicitation document and incorporate pro visions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular: FAC 2005-21 was issued 7 Dec 2007; DFARS current as of DCN20070913. This procurement is a 100% small business set aside. The Small Business Size Standard is 500 employees, and the North American Industrial Classification Code (NAICS) is 332311. LINE ITEM/DESCRIPTION: CLIN 0001 - 40 container (MILVAN) steel, with standard swing out doors on one end; 6ft metal roll-up doors installed; 3 metal interior partitions instal led; QTY - 4. Delivery location: 741st OD CO (EOD), ATTN: SSG Hairston, BLDG 11000 Sanitary Landfill Rd., FT. Bliss, TX 79916 CLIN 0002 - 40 container (MILVAN) steel, with standard swing out doors on one end; 6ft metal roll-up doors installed; 3 m etal interior partitions installed; QTY - 8. Delivery location: 79th OD BN (EOD), BLDG 39045, FT. Hood, TX 76544. Delivery is required 1 Mar 2008.
