- The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 7, Network Contracting Activity intends to negotiate a sole source procurement, Note 22 under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, with Cummins Onan South, for Emergency Generator and Fire Pump Maintenance Service for the VA Medical Center, Augusta, Georgia. The NACIS code is 811310 and size standard of $6.5M. This Notice of Intent is Not a REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. Interested parties that can provide similar services or equal product must submit their technical capabilities to include technical specifications of product or services, past performance information, price and delivery time, detailing how their services meet VA requirement, to the Contracting Officer via e-mail or fax at: 478-274-5578. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
