Description

Combined Contract: Construct Addition, Youth Center, and Repair Youth Center, Offutt AFB, NE. Solicitation Number FA4600-08-B-0001, Project Number SGBP 01-0023A/B. This includes all material, labor, tools, expendable equipment, utility and transportation services, and all incidental items necessary to perform and complete, in a workmanlike manner, the work required for the Combined Construction, including General, Mechanical, and Electrical Work for the project as described in the Drawings and Project Manual. Performance period will be 210 calendar days. This solicitation will be issued as a 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). Project magnitude for this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Solicitation issue date is O/A 14 March 2008. NAICS Code: 236220; Size Standard: $31M.
