- The Capital District Contracting Center intends to make a sole source award to Smartdesks, Inc., located in Columbia, Maryland for flipIT Classroom Desks. If no responses are received in five (5) calendar days of publication of this notice, the Gove rnment will issue a purchase order. Firms who believe they can meet this requirement should provide information that will enable the Contracting Office to determine if competitive action is appropriate.
