- This applies only to the Wholesale Contracting portion of TACOM-Rock Island. This notice does NOT include the Installation or Manufacturing portions of TACOM-Rock Island. Beginning on May 1st, 2008, TACOM-Rock Island will no longer be accepting f ax bids/offers/quotes on any solicitation. Our fax line that is dedicated to bid/offer/quote submission will be shut off as of April 30th, 2008. The only manner in which we will accept bids/offers/quotes is via our Bid Response Link . You can find our Bid Response Link by going to: https://aais.ria.army.mil/aais.htm . Then click on Solicitation Information under Wholesale Contracting . Finally, click on Bid Response Link .
