- Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (Messhall Silverware) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). RFQ # M67399-08-Q-0014 The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-23. This is a restricted purchase set-aside for 100% Small Business Concerns. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 423440. The Standard Industrial Classification Code (SIC) for this order is 5046. The small business size standard is 100 EMP. The Defense Priorities and Allocation System (DPAS) rating for this order is DO-C9.The Federal Supply Classification (FSC) for this order is 6530. The purpose of this solicitation is to provide a utensils for Headquarters Battalion Messhall aboard Marine Air Ground Task Force Training Command Twenty-nine Palms, CA. The following is a list of what is needed: CLIN 001: Qty (501 DZ) Teaspoons CLIN 002: Qty (500 DZ) Dinner forks CLIN 003: Qty (500 DZ) Dessert spoons CLIN 004: Qty (500 DZ) Dinner Knives It is mandatory that all the utensils be at least 18/10 nickel/lead stainless. Place of contract delivery will be Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center (MCAGCC)/Marine Corps Air Ground Task Force Training Command (MCAGTFTC) Twentynine Palms, CA. All bidders are required to be registered with, understand, and invoice through Wide Area Workflow.
