Description: The Architect of the Capitol (AOC) has a requirement for renting a Scaffolding System for a period of 90 (Ninety), Calendar Days. Contractor shall furnish all equipment, labor, material and services to design and install a scaffolding system, to be used by AOC Personnel for providing access to ceilings and archways in the Thomas Jefferson Building of the Library of Congress, Washington D.C.
