- The Contracting Division, Pine Bluff Arsenal has a requirement for Expelling Charge Cups, 58,525 each, and Expelling Charge Covers, 58,525 each, in accordance with Drawing 9370053 Rev B dtd 20 May 99, and 9370054 Rev B dtd 20 May 99. Delivery FOB des tination Pine Bluff Arsenal, Pine Bluff, AR 71602-9500. The North American Industry Classification System NAICS code 325211 is applicable. Acquisition is set aside for small business size standards. Quotes will be due by March 17, 2008. All responsible sm all business sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the agency.
