- SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS, WILL BE AVAILABLE ON THE FEDTEDS WEBSITE (www.fedteds.gov). Provide all personnel, materials, supplies, equipment, transportation, supervision and other items and services necessary to perform cleaning services, recreation are a and campsite maintenance, grounds maintenance, and cleaning and sanitizing vault and waterborne restrooms for public recreation areas along Lower Granite Lake, Lake Bryan, and Lake West, all on the Snake River in Washington. The work will includ e , but is not limited to, mowing and grounds maintenance at recreation, day use and camping areas; cleaning inside and outside of restroom buildings, cleaning and sanitizing vault toilets; supplying toilet paper; unclogging plumbing fixtures such as urina ls and drinking fountains; cleaning picnic tables, benches and fire grills; refuse removal; sweeping sidewalks and asphalt surfaces; roadside vegetation maintenance; noxious weed control; as well as litter collection and removal, vegetation and debris remo val; and planter bed maintenance. This contract is a fixed-price, performance-based service contract where desired outcomes are defined and measured while contractor methods are generally not constrained or directed. The intent is to have a base year wit h four option years. Proposals will be evaluated on criteria indicated in the solicitation. See Statement of Work for additional information. ADMIN INFO: The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561720 and the size standard is $ 15 Million. Solicitation is SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS.
