- Description
- The work under this solicitation consists of furnishing labor, materials, cleaning supplies, equipment and supervision to satisfactorily perform janitorial services for the Oklahoma Field Office located in Oklahoma City. The requirement is being procured under Simplified Acquisitions Procedures (SAP) and is set-aside 100% for small business. For this acquisition, North American Industrial Classification System code is 561720 and the Small Business Size Standard is $15 Million. It is anticipated that a Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be issued on or about March 17, 2008 and the date and time for receipt of quotes will be on or about April 8, 2008 at 02:00pm MST, however, all dates in this announcement are subject to change. A RFQ is being issued to facilitate submittal of quotes through electronic commerce, and to view all applicable clauses and attachments. RFQ No. 08SQ600116 will be issued via www.fedbizops.gov at the link provided in this notice or check our website http://ideasec.nbc.gov. Offerors should visit the website after March 17, 2008 in order to access the RFQ and any subsequent amendments and/or notices. Hard copies of this solicitation will be available upon request. Vendors are reminded that they must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration to be considered for award. Vendors can register at www.ccr.gov. You will need your Duns & Bradstreet number and banking information. All responsible sources may submit a quote which, if timely received, shall be considered. Quotes may be submitted electronically.
