This buy is a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) buy. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. This buy is UNRESTRICTED and DIBBS quotes are not acceptable. Contractors are expected to complete the entire solicitation package for review. Delivery is 171 ARO. Quantity variance is plus/minus 0%. Critical Application Item. FOB is Destination. Inspection and Acceptance is Origin. Contract will be awarded by DSCR. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Solicitation issue date is 15 days from the posting of this notice or March 17, 2008.
