- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Reference number 133295 is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-21. The NAICS code is 562119 other waste collection, and the small business size standard is $11.5M. The award is a 100% small business set-aside. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered. Award will be made on an all or none basis. The Government will award a firm fixed price contract. The Government will not be responsible for any costs accrued or incurred in response to this solicitation.
