Solicitation: Presolicitation Notice Subject: Morgue Elevator renovations, at the VA Medical Center Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Description: Synopsis: MORGUE ELEVATOR RENOVATION. Work includes asbestos abatement, selective demolition, general construction, alterations, mechanical and electrical work, plumbing, fire detection and control systems, elevator renovation, and security system upgrades, necessary removal of existing structures and construction, and certain other items. Project Engineer is Jeff Dulka at (414) 384-2000, extension 41084. NAICS code is 238290 13 Million. Estimated issue date is March 7, 2008. Estimated dollar range is between $100,000 and $250,000. THIS SOLICITATION IS 100% SET-ASIDE FOR SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS. Award is subject to availablility of funds.
