- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The ACC, Directorate of Contracting (Fort Bliss) is soliciting for quantity of one MOTOR GRADER, MODEL 140H. UNIQUE IDENTIFICATION (UID): W45C3C805170000001 (Period of Performance four (4) m onths); quantity of one FRONT LOADER, 4 YARD BUCKET. UNIQUE IDENTIFICATION (UID): W45C3C805170000002 (Period of Performance four (4) months); a quanity of one 4K WATER TRUCK. UNIQUE IDENTIFICATION (UID): W45C3C805170000004. (Period of Performance four (4 ) months); and a quantity of one DUMP TRUCK. UNIQUE IDENTIFICATION (UID): W45C3C805170000005 (Period of Performance four (4) months). THESE ITEMS SHOULD ARRIVED TO FORT BLISS, (EL PASO) TX BY NO LATER THAN 12 March 2008. If selected, the contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR at http://www.ccr.gov/) in order to receive the award at the time of selection. The solicitation is issued as a RFQ. The following provisions and clauses apply: Far Clauses FAR 52.21 2-1, 52.212-3, FAR 52.212-4, 52.222-21, 52.222-26, 52.222-35, 52.222-36, 52.222-37, 52.225-13, 52.232-33, 52.252-2, 252.225-7001, and 252.232-7003. The full text of FAR and DFAR clauses may be accessed electronically at http://www.acqnet.gov/far and http:/ /farsite.hill.af.mil/. The vendor should request a copy of Request for Quote, W911SG-08-T-0028 via e-mail. CCR Requirement - Company must be registered on Central Contractor Registration (CCR) before an award could be made to them. If company is no t registered in CCR, they may do so by going to CCR web site at http://www.ccr.gov. ORCA Requirement - Company must be registered on ORCA (Online Representations and Certifications Application) before an award could be made to them. If company is n ot registered in ORCA, they may do so by going to ORCA web site at https://orca.bpn.gov/login.aspx. The preferred method of submission of Request for Quote, W911SG-08-T-0028 is via electronic e-mail to michael.rias@us.army.mil or by fax to 915-568- 0836. E-mail or fax inquiries will be answered no later than 3 PM (M.S.T.) on 07 March 2008. Telephonic inquiries will not be honored. The award will be made on the aggregate of the requirement and will be a firm-fixed price contract.
