- This is a MARKET SURVEY to determine if there are a reasonable number of interested small business concerns to set future contracts aside for them. If your firm is a certified HubZone Small Business Contractor and you are interested in these contrac ts, please respond appropriately. Louisville District plans to award a Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) Umbrella Contract for HubZone Small Businesses. Total combined contract capacity under the umbrella contract is planned to be $200 million f or the HubZone contract. Scope of individual tasks orders will be design/build construction, and incidental service projects associated with military and civil, support for others, and other programs to support the Great Lakes and Ohio Rivers Division Mis sion. Award on this contract shall be for no less than three but no more than five contracts. Work consists of but not limited to: design build, building construction, demolition, debris removal, structural repairs, renovations, site work, utility insta llation and replacements, paving, channel improvements, industrial repairs, upgrades, landscaping, geo-technical work, instrumentation, architectural, security systems and design associated with various aforementioned task. The MATOC contract will consist of a one two-year base period and three one-year option periods for a total of five years. Estimated Cost Range is $100,000,000 to $200,000,000. NAICS Code is 236220 ($31.5 million). All interested HUBZONE SMALL BUSINESSES should respond to this survey by email no later than 14 March 2008, 4:30 local time. Responses should include: 1) Identification and verification of the company's small business status, 2) The level of performance and payment bonding capacity that the company could attain for the pr oposed contract; 3) Descriptions of experience, provide descriptions of projects that will be substantially completed by June 2008 or have been completed within the last five years which are similar to this proposed contract in scope. With each project ex perience provided, include the date when the project was completed or will be completed, location of the project, your firm's role on the project, contract amount, the portion of work that was self performed, the percentage of work that was self performed, and whether the project was design build or not. Responses from proposed joint ventures between large and small business concerns (HubZone), or contractor team established as a Mentor-Protege', shall state what portion of the work each contractor will sel f perform.
