Description

The Bureau of Land Management, Colorado State Office, is soliciting offers for the following project: Furnish labor, equipment, supervision, supplies, and materials to perform maintenance of BLM roads in the counties of Delta, Fremont, Garfield, Gunnison, Hinsdale, Moffat, Montrose, Chaffee, Park, Eagle, Saguache, Teller and Rio Blanco in Colorado. Work consists of 248 miles of road maintenance including roadway and ditch maintenance. The period of performance for this project is seven months. The project value is estimated between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. Offerors will be required to be registered in ccr at http://www.ccr.gov and it is recommended that contractors register their Representations and Certifications data on the ccr web site at http://www.orca.bpn.gov. This solicitation will be available on line at http://www.fedbizopps.gov for 30 days from its issuance, approximately March 18, 2008 to April 15, 2008. Since the solicitation contains 54 maps and 2 drawings, the maps and drawings will be available by request only and will be emailed to each requestor in .pdf format. Offers will be accepted via fax at (970)244-3130 or can be mailed to USDI BLM, 2815 H Road, Grand Junction, CO 81506. To be considered, offers must be received no later than the closing date specified in the solicitation. This is a total small business set aside, NAICS code 238990.
