Description

See Note 22. The Corpus Christi Army Depot intends to award a firm fixed price contract to purchase one OH-58 Alignment Fixture to include inventory list of tools, PSI data, technical data, all hardware, accessories, and attachments necessary to com pletely align an OH-58 airframe for depot level repair. Negotiations to be conducted solely with Bell Helicopter Textron Inc. under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1) as cited in FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services w ill satisfy Agency requirements. There are no equals. Request for Proposal (RFP) number W912NW-08-R-0012 will be issued on or about 24 March 2008. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit prop osals. This solicitation is not a request for competitive proposals; however, all proposals received by the closing date/time will be considered by the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whe ther to conduct a competitive procurement. This determination is solely within the discretion of the Government. No telephonic inquiries. Send all requests for solicitatio package to peggy.echols@us.army.mil.
