Description: The Naval Medical Logistics Command intends to negotiate on a sole source basis (IAW FAR 13) with GE Healthcare Technologies, 9900 Innovation Drive, Wauwatosa, WI 53226, as the only source that can provide the GE Mindways QCT Pro 3D Volumetric Spine & Hip BMD (B7501MW) to be used in conjunction with an existing GE CT scanner at NMC San Diego. Specifically, the contractor shall provide one GE Mindways QCT Pro 3D Volumetric Spine & Hip BMD (B7501MW) package to include: computer, monitor, modem, printer, one solid patient phantom ? 18? long, one solid QA phantom, table pads and (2) bolus bags, one day of on-site training, technical support and annual service agreement.
