- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at https://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the NSWC Division Crane. Offerors are encouraged to access information also available on the NSWC Crane Division web site at http://www.crane.navy.mil/acquisition/homepage.htm. NAVSURFWARCEN Crane Division has a requirement for procurement of Flexible Waveguides for the AN/SPS-48E Radar Antenna System. Contractor shall provide labor, materials, fabrication and assembly of flexible waveguides in accordance with NAVSEA drawing 7443651 and the SOW. The contract for this commercial procurement will be a Fixed Firm Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Supply contract, for a period of five (5) years. CLIN 0001: Min Quantity 2 Each, Max Quantity 300 Each. Small Business set-aside 100%. Solicitation N00164-08-R-GR07 will be issued on a full and open competition basis. RFP will be available for download at www.crane.navy.mil/acquisition/homepage.htm. on or about 25 April 2008. Closing date will be on or about 23 May 2008. Delivery will be F.O.B. destination to Naval Surface Warfare Center, Bldg 3168 Code 8091, Crane, IN 47522. NAICS Code 334419; FSG Code 5985. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by this agency. Offers must be submitted in the format specified in the solicitation to be considered. Submitting a bid from the NECO web site by clicking on the "Submit Bid" does not guarantee offers will be received by the proper person in the correct format. It is the responsibility of Offerors to download the RFP and to submit offers to the POC at NSWC Crane to be considered.
