- Description
- The Internal Revenue Service intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) TIRSE-07-R-00005 for solid waste (trash) collection and disposal services for the Cincinnati Service Center located at 201 West Rivercenter Blvd, Covington, KY. The contractor shall provide the management, supervision, labor, materials, tools equipment and transportation necessary for solid waste (trash) collection and disposal services. As part of the service, the contractor shall provide one 42 cubic yard dumpster, one 4 cubic yard dumpster with a locking mechanism and one 2 cubic yard dumpster. The Contractor will be solely responsible for full compliance with all Federal, State, Local and all other applicable laws, policies, rules and regulations regarding the disposal of waste. The Government intends to award a fixed-price (FP) contract for a base period of one (1) year with four (4) one-year options. Award will be made to the vendor representing the best value to the Government. All responsible sources may submit an offer. The estimated date of solicitation release is on or about August 24, 2007. The solicitation will only be available through the business opportunities link on the following IRS website: http://www.procurement.irs.treas.gov. Printed copies of the solicitation document will not be provided by the issuing office. In addition, all interested parties must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration Database. The website to register is http://www.ccr.gov. No telephone requests for the RFP will be honored.
