- SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS IS CURRENTLY AVAILABLE ON THE FEDTEDS WEBSITE (www.fedteds.gov). The US Army Corps of Engineers, Walla Walla District, has a requirement for Park Attendants at Charbonneau Park, Burbank, WA. Solicitation W912EF-08-Q-004 4 is for Park Attendant B . A firm fixed priced commercial item contract is contemplated. QUOTATIONS are due 19 March 2008, 11:00 AM. Simplified procurement procedures will be used as well as commercial item acquisition regulations per FA R 12. Solicitation is 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 721211. For this procurement a Small Business Size Standard of $23.5 million dollars in average annual receipts as determ ined by 13 CFR 121.104. Offerors need to include a completed copy of provision at 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items with its offer. In order for contractors to conduct business with the Department of De fense, the contractor must provide registration information to the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). All Offerors must be CCR (Central Contract Registered) prior to receiving an award. Solicitation will be posted on or about 07 March 2008 t o FeDTeds.
