Description: The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform maintenance and repair s to the sidetrack roadbed portion of U.S. military Siding No. 342 & 343 at Tsurumi, in a manner that will ensure continuous and reliable condition. The performance period shall be 1 May 2008 through 31 Mar 2009. Pre-proposal conference is scheduled for 17 Mar 08 at 1000 hours. All participants, need prior coordination by 11 Mar 08, will meet at the main gate of FISC Tsurumi Terminal, Japan.
