Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, it is the Government's intent to award a sole source to Bio Medic Data Systems, Inc., 1 Silas Road, Seaford, DE 19973 for ten temperature transponders. THIS IS NOT A FORMAL SOLICITATION. This synopsis is not considered a Request for Quotation or Proposal. No solicitation document is available, and telephone requests will not be honored. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to th is notice. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. If no affirmative written response is received, the purchase will be awarded without further notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
