Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Solicitation Number TGT-50000-08-0013 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-23. This order is being set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business qualified companies. The NAICS Code for this solicitation is 423420 and the size standard is 100 employees. The Bureau of the Public Debt on behalf of Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration (TIGTA) has a requirement to purchase four (4) new black and white digital copiers for multiple delivering locations. The copiers must have the following features: copy 45 pages per minute, 1,200 dpi resolution, 100 sheet document feeder, 3,000 paper capacity, ability to copy letter/lega/11" X 17" sheets of paper, sort/collate/staple/hole punch.
