- Contractor to fill first time prescriptions for VA patients seen at the Southern Arizona VA Health Care System's Community Based Outpatient Clinics, located in Casa Grande, Green Valley, Safford, Sierra Vista, North West Tucson, and Yuma, Arizona, and to provide medication counseling per OBRA 90 requirements and to adhere to the VA formulary for the period of 04/1/08 (date of award) through Sept 30, 2008 with four one year options. This requirement is 100% set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business. The NAICS code is 446110 Standard Size $6.5 Mil. Contractor must be located within (20) mile driving distance of the clinic. The procurement shall be conducted in accordance with FAR 15 Negotiated Procedures. Solicitation packages will be available on or about the week of January 28, 2008. Solicitation documents may be obtained electronically at www.fbo.gov.
