- Description
- The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO), IT Contracting Division, Hardware, Software, and Closeout Section, Software Branch (DITCO/PL8321), 2300 East Drive, Scott AFB IL 62225-5406, intends to issue a sole source contract to Radiant Logic, 1682 Novato Bldv, Novato, CA 94947. This acquisition is for the renewal of annual maintenance and support for RadiantOne products for DISA. This software is proprietary and is protected by copyright laws. No third party maintenance is authorized. Period of performance is 1 Jun 08 through 31 May 09. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Companies who can provide the above listed software maintenance and support must request a copy of the RFQ not later than COB 31 Mar 08 via the following address: maria.meyer@disa.mil. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price purchase order. All responsible sources may submit a quote that will be considered. The NAICS code is 511210 for this procurement.*****
