- The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) intends to purchase the following maintenance agreement for the following items and intend to set-aside for a small business concern. Delivery to: Attn: Cynthia Goldsmith, 1600 Clifton Road, NE, NCID, Bldg. 18, Room 104, Atlanta, GA 30333. The maintenance agreement will be for a period of one (1) year. Line Item (0001) Tecnai 12BT Microscope (1ea); (0002) AMT Camera (1 ea). The suggested vendor is FEI Company, Hillsboro, Oregon. THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FORMAT IN SUBPART 12.6, AS SUPPLEMENTED WITH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION INCLUDED IN THIS NOTICE. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE SOLICITATION; A SEPERATE WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED. The following provision(s) apply to this acquisition: 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors?
