- Federal Supply Class(FSC) 4120, North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 333415. HVAC(Heat, Ventilation, and Air Condition) Upgrade for Building 126 at MCAAP. This will be a Firm Fixed Price type contract with a quantity of 3 Heat Pumps(1-15/ton, 1-20/ton, 1-3/ton), 3 Air Conditioner Units(1-24,000 BTUH, 1-60,000 BTUH, 1-90,000 BTUH), and 2 Exhaust Fans(1-1400 CFM &1-2400 CFM). Delivery is required NLT 12 weeks(84 days) from contract award date. Contractors are not required to th e install the equipment. FOB Destination, McAlester Army Ammunition Plant, McAlester, OK. This solicitation is set-aside for small businesses. All contractors who provide goods/services to the DOD must be registered in the Central Contractors Register ( CCR). You may register via the Internet at http://www.ccr.gov or contact CCR at 1-888-227-2423. APPROXIMATE issue date is 14 April 2008 with the opening date 30 days from issue. The solicitation shall be issued via the Internet at http://www.osc.army.mi l/ac/aais/ioc and https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi and http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Any changes to the solicitation shall also be posted to these websites. It is the contractors responsibility to check these sites daily for any posted changes. Electronic bid submission will NOT be accepted in response to the solicitation. All proposals must be faxed or mailed in by the specified date and time.
