- Installation of CAT6 cables. You may submit your request via fax to Leonard Wines at 703-390-6562. Please include your point of contact information and fax number with your request. Tmeframe: Work should begin mid to late May 2008. The work will be performed at two separate site locations. The first site will be at the BIA - Colville Agency building near Nespelem, Washington. The work will involve the installation of 70 CAT6 cables. The second site will be at the BIA - Spokane Agency building in Wellpinit, Washington. The work will involve the removal of exisiting CAT5 cables and the installation of 34 CAT6 cables. Work at both sites shall be completed, ready for use, within 45 days from the commencement of work. A government point of contact will be provided to schedule site visits to both locations. The work to be performed is considered construction type work, and the Davis-Bacon Act will apply. The Government price estimate for both jobs is estimated between $20,000 and $50,000.
