Experience: Demonstrate the ability to install steam heating systems while protecting existing adjacent historic construction and historic finishes from construction activities. Specific mechanical experience shall include: high efficiency steam boiler installation; chimney liner and cap installation, steam radiator reconditioning, and steam heating system piping and radiator installation. The examples should highlight how work was implemented to minimize negative impacts to historic architectural fabric with particular attention to building penetrations and piping layout.
