Description: The Naval Air Systems Command intends to award a firm fixed price contract modification under contract N00019-05-C-0040 to Northrop Grumman Systems Command, San Diego, CA. to produce technical manuals for the BQM-74 Aerial Target Integrated Test Set (ITS). Northrop Grumman is the only known source with the access to the proprietary data, software and experienced personnel to perform the work in the time frame required without excessive duplication of costs to the Governement.
