- Description
- The United States Government seeks to lease contiguous office space in Montgomery, Alabama. The offered space must consist of approximately 6,900 rentable square feet yielding 6,000 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet. Six (6) onsite, reserved parking spaces are required for Government vehicles. At least sixty-five (65) additional parking spaces must be commercially available on-site or within a two-block radius of the office for employees and visitors. The proposed space must be located within the following delineated area: Western Boundary:Eastern Boulevard US 231/US 80 Northern Boundary:Wares Ferry Road East Boundary:Pike Road/County Road 85 Southern Boundary:Vaughn Road The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm, and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than September 1, 2008. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire and Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. All expressions of interest submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence of authorization to represent the building's ownership.
