- The contractor shall supply 610 IMG hardware kit components comprising of 10 Hex Head Flange Bolts (PN# 0161855), 10 Top Lock Nuts (PN# 90684), and 10 Flat steel Washers (PN# 33016) per kit to Letterkenny Army Depot, Chambersburg, PA 17201. Subseque nt Part Numbers are Fastenal Part Numbers. Specifications for the kit components are as follows: Hex Flange Bolt: Diameter: M16; Finish: Zinc; Grade: 8.8; Head: Hex; Material: Steel; Specification: DIN6921; Thread: Coarse; Type: Flange Bolt; Wrench Size: 21mm. Lock Nuts: Diameter: M16; Finish: Zinc; Material: Steel; Specification: DIN980; Thickness: 16mm; Thread Size: 2.0; Type: Lock Nut-Top Lock; Wrench Size: 24mm. Flat Washers: Finish: Zinc; Inner Diameter: 0.688 ; Material: Steel; Outer Diameter: 1.75 0 ; Specification: ANSIB18.21.1; Style: USS; Type: Flat Washer; Nominal Size: 5/8 ; Nominal Thickness: 0.160 . These kits shall be bagged and boxed with label affixed to each box labeled IMG VEHICLE KIT . This proposed action will be a firm-fixed price c ontract. The annotated closing date for the solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation. The solicitation will not close prior to the annotated closing date.
