Description

This is a market survey to identify additional sources for the following item used with the FIREFINDER AN/TPQ-37(V)8 radar systems: Item Name: Sequential Timer; NSN: 6645-01-523-4164; Part Number: 8100-1002 (Microavionics Corp., CAGEC 9U804); Expecte d first year quantity: 20, plus 10 max each additional year. Contract performance is expected to be for 6 years starting Nov 2009. The Sequential Timer will also have a repair-overhaul services requirement of about 15 per year max. All quantities are appro ximate only. The Sequential Timer provides timing control and fault monitoring for the radar system's dehydrator system. This item was previously identified under CAGEC 0RR36, P/N 8100-1002, Microavionics Corp. Detailed technical data and test-repair docum entation will not be supplied by the Army as they are not available. Successful supplier(s) must supply documentation such as test results, test-repair procedures, manufacturing data, and a copy of purchase order(s) if the supplier was a vendor-subcontract or to the listed source, or a statement from listed source demonstrating that the supplier can, in fact, successfully provide this hardware and service. Supplier(s) should provide estimated prices for the quantities cited, quantity breaks and delivery date s ARO. Incumbent manufacturer is requested to reply. Any commercial warranty information that may apply to the item is also requested.
