This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; prop osals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. RFQ# W81NTE80568506 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Ci rcular 2005-16. This requirement will be processed under Commercial Item Procedures IAW FAR Part 12. This requirement is small business set-aside and all responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. The requirements in this solic itation are: OPHTHALMIC INSTRUMENTS: (2EA) SLIT LAMP KOWA SL15 #SKLO 03-000; TORC # 09-000 REICHERT TONOPEN AVIA; WIRELESS ADVANTAGE PLUS INDIRECT # OLKE 11-001 W/2 LITHIUM BATTERIES & DOCKING/CHG SYSTEM COMPLETE. Vendors shall comply with FAR 52.211-6 if submitting other than the Brand Name product.
