- Estimated issue date: March 28, 2008 Estimated closing/response date: April 28, 2008 RFP#: FA810408R0235 PR#: FD20300871232 Noun: CASE AND NOZZLE ASS NSN: 2840012403588PR PN: 9528M23G12 Application: F110 AMC: 3C History: Last buy September 1990, General Electric, Qty: 1 EA Description: Composed of front stator case halve with 6 stages of vanes with shrouds and seals, 5 stages of rub liners/bleed air manifolds, stage 4/5 of vanes. Component directs and compresses air received from the fan inlet. Dimensions are approximately 21.589" l. x 24.998" d. x 3" t. Material is composed of inconell 718. This acquisition is not a Small Business Set-Aside. Qualified Sources: General Electric First Article Contractor Test applies. Surplus will be solicited. QTY: 4 each Delivery need date is 31 March 2010, required delivery schedules will be specified in solicitation. Note: An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential Offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source selection process.
