Small Business Set-Aside: Total Small Business
Description: The US Army War College, Department of Distance Education has a requirement to provide instructor services for second year studies to provide faculty instruction, evaluation of student work submissions, tutoring and other required support for nonresi dent students of the Distance Education Program. The period of performance is expected to be 31 July 2008 through 30 July 2009, with four, one-year option periods, to be exercised at the discretion of the Government. It is required that all contractors doi ng business with the Department of Defense be registered with the Central Contractor Registry at website: http://www.ccr.gov. This requirement is 100% set-aside for small business, see numbered note 1. The NAICS code is 611710 and the small business size s tandard is $6.5M. It is anticipated that five offerors will be selected for contract award. The evaluation method will be lowest-price, technically acceptable.
