Description

THIS SOLICITATION AND ITS RESULTANT CONTRACT ARE ISSUED UNDER THE SMALL BUSINESS COMPETITIVENESS DEMONSTRATION PROGRAM OF THE BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY DEVELOPMENT REFORM ACT OF 1988. This procurement is subject to Public Law 105-135, under the Hub zone Act of 1997, Title VI of the Small Business Reauthorization Act of 1997. Maintenance Dredging, Maumee Bay, Toledo, Lucas County, OH Work consists of, but is not limited to, furnishing all labor, plant, material and equipment necessary t o remove and dispose of approximately 600,000 cubic yards of dredge material, other than ledge rock, from Maumee Bay, Toledo, Ohio in strict accordance with the plans and specifications. Dredged material shall be disposed of in the Government-designated O pen-Lake Disposal Area, as indicated on the contract drawings. This solicitation is a Total Small Business Hubzone set aside. The NIACS Code is 237990.
