Description
On or about 13 March 2008, a solicitation will be issued for the following work: The Contractor shall provide all plant, labor, equipment, and materials necessary to perform the following at the Charging Eagle Area: 1) Construct a new 20X40 concrete boat ramp extension and riprap protection at the main boat ramp. 2) Construct a 16 X 40 concrete ramp extension to the top of the low water ramp, and 3) Grade/level and add gravel on the parking lot at the low water ramp. The project site is loc ated approximately 10 miles west and north of Twin Buttes, ND. All work to be performed as per the attached plans. All work to be complete by May 22, 2008. See the specifications and plans for additional details. This requirement is Unrestricted fo r Full and Open Competition. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 237990 with a small business size standard of $31 million. The magnitude for this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. Any p rospective contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database and have an active registration on Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) in order to be eligible for award. Registration requires appl icants to have a DUNS number from Dun and Bradstreet. Go to: http://www.ccr.gov/ for additional information about CCR. Effective 01 Jan, 2005, the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) required the use of Online Representations and Certifications Applic ation (ORCA) in Federal solicitations as part of the proposal submission process. All prospective contractors submitting an offer in response to the subject solicitation must go to http://www.bpn.gov/ to add/update its ORCA record. ORCAs website i s https://orca.bpn.gov/. Please ensure this NAICS code is incorporated in your current Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) profile since failure to have this NAICS code current may result in not being considered for the award.
